At AVR3, we are committed to fostering a culture that embraces equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in all aspects of our research, training, and collaboration.

We believe that a diverse and inclusive environment leads to more innovative solutions, a stronger workforce, and more effective engagement with the communities we serve. Our approach to EDI is built on the principles of fairness, respect, and collaboration, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued.

Our Goal

To cultivate an inclusive environment where all members feel empowered to contribute, collaborate, and innovate. By championing equity, diversity, and inclusion, we aim to set a standard for excellence and inclusivity in automated vehicle research and deployment.

Together, we are building a future where everyone, regardless of background, can benefit from the transformative potential of automated vehicle technologies.
