The program advances academic research by providing access to world-class computing resources. This support will enable the team to train cutting-edge AI/ML sensor-fusion models and deploy them on edge computing devices for real-time, on-road operation.
The project aims to advance road safety by leveraging the sensors already available in modern vehicles, helping pave the way toward safer and more scalable automated driving systems.
